1. Service Description
GlobalSeller.ai ("Service") is a SaaS platform that aggregates, analyzes, and verifies publicly available business information using artificial intelligence.
We are not a database publisher. The data we present is dynamically retrieved from public sources at the time of your request.
2. Usage & Credits
- Credits: Our service operates on a credit basis. Credits are deducted when you execute a search or verification task.
- No Refunds on Used Credits: Due to the costs incurred (API usage for Search, Scraping, AI), credits consumed for completed tasks are non-refundable, even if the search yields no results (if the market does not exist).
- Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled 24 hours before the period ends.
3. Accuracy & Liability
"As-Is" Data Provision
While our AI Verification Engine strives for 95%+ accuracy, we rely on public data. We do not guarantee that every email, phone number, or company status is perfectly up-to-date. Websites change, and businesses close.
GlobalSeller.ai is not liable for any business decisions, lost profits, or damages arising from the use of this data.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
- resell, sub-license, or redistribute our data as a direct competitor service.
- use automated scripts or bots to scrape our platform.
- use the service for spamming, harassment, or illegal activities.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund.
